The Challenge
Problem
PASTI centers across Terengganu relied on manual, paper-based processes for job management and operations reporting. With 80+ centers, there was no centralized visibility into operations, no consistency in reporting, and no way to track job assignments efficiently. Information was siloed, delayed, and prone to errors.
Our Approach
Solution
We built Kendali — a microservices platform with separate Jobs and Ops modules. Jobs handles assignment, tracking, and status management for operational teams. Ops manages workflows, compliance reporting, and performance analytics across all centers. The platform provides a single source of truth for the entire PASTI network in Terengganu.
